Refund Policy

Every SYAIR SAIHARA piece is produced in limited runs, so all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, including for sizing. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing syairsaihara@gmail.com with your order number. Cancellations within that window are refunded in full to the original payment method. Requests after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

If you receive the wrong item, or an item that is damaged or defective on arrival, email syairsaihara@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or, if a replacement isn't available, refund it.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added to an order after it is placed. One discount code per order. Sale items are final sale.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.
