Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During a drop or a sale, processing can run to the top of that window.

Once your order ships, it arrives within 2–5 business days. Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout before you pay.

Enter and confirm a valid email address at checkout. That address receives your order confirmation, shipping notification and tracking link automatically. If you gave us a mobile number, you may also receive updates by text.

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed by contacting us at syairsaihara@gmail.com with your order number. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled or changed, because production and packing have begun.

If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then email syairsaihara@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. If an item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
