Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Once shipped, delivery takes 2–5 business days.
- Tracking is emailed automatically — confirm your email at checkout.
Changes & cancellations
- Cancel within 24 hours of ordering by emailing syairsaihara@gmail.com.
- After 24 hours, orders can't be cancelled or changed.
- Shipping addresses can't be changed once an order is placed.
Returns
- All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges, including sizing.
- Wrong or damaged item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
- Check the size chart on each product page before you order.
